You can’t understand everything in life by using your intellect.
As Sadhguru says, the intellect is like a knife. It’s used to dissect things. When we dissect a pig, for example, it gives us information. But of course we can’t dissect a human being. It requires a deeper level of energy to understand humans.
If you want to be a great role model, don’t tell people what to think, teach them how to think.
When we teach people what to think, that’s indoctrination. We’ve seen how catastrophic this phenomenon is at Universities. Teaching people how to think is far more beneficial because it allows us to build a very important skill called critical thinking.
Don’t depend on anyone to bring your life satisfaction.

He found that obtaining less than eight hours of sleep leads to a drop in time for physical exhaustion by 10 to 30 percent.
